The Leadership Chapter is a hands-on development experience where our experts are immersed in your team and culture, sharing our insights, and experience to help you improve. This approach encourages open dialogue, honest reflection, and a collaborative experience that leaves nothing left unsaid. After the sessions, your team will have access to our leaders and supplemental materials for continued education.
The thing about difficult conversations is that they get easier the more you have them. Our programs are built to address tough topics, and our facilitators know how to navigate crucial conversations between team members, bringing out the best in everyone. Our aim is to dig deep to understand how we can use our time together to have the important conversations that level up your teams.
One of the problems with traditional training is that leaders and managers are talked at for three hours and then the trainer leaves the room. We think that's lazy and ineffective. The Leadership Chapter is hands-on, with chances to surface and work through your team's issues. Most importantly, we're not just talking about practice, participants get live reps at using the tools we cover during our time together.

Kim Crist with Vision Clinic
"The Leadership Chapter has significantly influenced my approach to leadership. Never one for leadership books, I now understand the benefit. The content and discussions with other community leaders proved relevant to our daily work, especially as I sought to enhance communication and collaboration within our leadership team. After two rounds, I've been able to create a stronger culture of trust, collaboration and productivity in my role as Director of Operations."
Anne Crites with Victim Center
"I am generally a little wary of leadership workshops because it feels like they often follow the same formula and offer similar takeaways. This experience was really refreshing. The balance of self-study, low-key lecture and information-sharing, and group processing and brainstorming with real-life peers was very positive and energizing. I left with some quick wins and reminders for my team, and some great food for thought to take back and consider down the road."
Natalie Pool with AECI
"TLC brought a fresh approach to professional development that truly resonated with me. The combination of insightful books and personal stories created this unique space where I could both learn and reflect. As a team leader at AECI, I’ve discovered new perspectives and practical tools that have transformed how I build teams and connect with the people I work with."
Our decision-making program helps leaders develop a systematic approach to making better choices. We focus on frameworks that eliminate bias, tools for evaluating options objectively, and methods for building consensus among stakeholders. Participants learn to balance analytical and intuitive decision-making while considering both short-term outcomes and long-term strategic implications.
Effective delegation is crucial for scaling leadership impact and developing team capabilities. This program teaches leaders how to identify delegation opportunities, match tasks with team members' development needs, and establish clear accountability systems.
